Kognitiv Academy is a Dubai-based professional learning company delivering practitioner-led, AI-enhanced programmes with blockchain-verified certificates across business and technical disciplines.
Kognitiv Academy Ltd is a professional learning company based in Dubai, operating from AXD Space in Al Quoz, at the heart of the city's creative community. It designs practitioner-led, AI-enhanced learning programmes across business and technical disciplines, with certificates verified on blockchain. The company reports reaching thousands of professionals through its work.
The company's offering consists of 15 learning journeys spanning artificial intelligence, leadership, sales, customer experience and finance. Each journey is led by practitioners, enhanced by AI, locally regulated and backed by blockchain-verified certificates, with an emphasis on practical skills that learners can apply immediately. Programmes are designed to go live in weeks rather than years, a pace that reflects how the team works as much as how it delivers.
Kognitiv Academy describes itself as a small, ambitious team, with responsibility available from day one and impact visible on a growing platform. The company values attention to detail, from a sentence to a slide to a learner's first five minutes, and seeks people who are curious about AI, willing to take ownership and interested in building what comes next. Staff work alongside founders, faculty and partners, and have access to the company's own programmes and faculty for their own learning. Open applications are welcome.
