Fullstack Academy is a tech bootcamp provider that trains students for careers in software engineering and adjacent fields through immersive, project-based live online programmes. Founded in 2012 in New York City and operating nationwide, it is one of America's longest-running coding bootcamp providers. More than 1,500 companies have hired its graduates, and its programmes have helped thousands of students launch tech careers.
Its curriculum spans five areas: the Software Engineering Bootcamp, which mirrors real-world development environments and teaches modern software development skills; the Cybersecurity Bootcamp; the Data Analytics Bootcamp; and the AI & Machine Learning Bootcamp, covering current AI tools and frameworks. The Grace Hopper Program is a tuition-deferred coding academy for women and non-binary students, described as the first programme of its kind.
Teaching is delivered live online and is project-based and hands-on, with an emphasis on outcomes. Students receive 1-on-1 career coaching as part of their training. The institution states a mission of transforming lives and communities by teaching the technologies that power the future, and maintains a stated commitment to diversity and inclusion through the Grace Hopper Program.
