Coworked builds Harmony, a headless agentic AI Project Manager designed to take on administrative and routine project management work for enterprise project management offices (PMOs). The product is positioned to behave like a seasoned colleague: it onboards as a new hire would, becoming competent in the enterprise systems, tools and processes a PMO relies on, and then handles the recurring administrative load so that human project managers can concentrate on strategy, risk and outcomes.
The technical work spans agentic AI, headless AI agents, AI-driven project management, enterprise systems integration and workflow automation. A stated design principle is that the software works alongside existing enterprise tools and processes rather than replacing them, and that it operates without disruption to established ways of working. The framing throughout is of the agent as a tireless teammate working with people, not in place of them.
Coworked reports that Harmony has been adopted across Fortune 500 companies. Enterprises using the product, the company says, see programmes move faster, larger portfolios handled without additional headcount, and governance improved by design. Its focus is on enterprise project management, PMO work, and programme and portfolio management.
