Lindy

Lindy builds an AI employee platform designed to work as a shared teammate for an entire company. The product connects to a firm's existing tools, holds knowledge about the business, and completes tasks autonomously on behalf of the team, operating from within Slack where users can @-mention it for help. Rather than providing isolated personal assistants, the platform is positioned as a single AI employee that works for everyone in the organisation.

The system integrates with over 1,000 applications and any MCP (Model Context Protocol) server. Among its components are Skills, named playbooks that encode how a team works and can be reused by the AI teammate; Routines, for scheduled recurring tasks; and built-in meeting recording and summarisation. Lindy Memory maintains a self-updating map of the business that accumulates over time. Automation is configured without code, making workflows accessible to non-technical users.

Actions with external impact are subject to approval workflows, which require user confirmation before execution. The platform is applied across business functions including sales and CRM, finance and accounting, software engineering, knowledge management, email and communications, and meeting and calendar management.
