Bronson Healthcare Group is a not-for-profit, community-owned health system founded in 1900 and the largest employer in southwest Michigan. It employs more than 9,000 people and works with over 1,500 medical staff members, delivering care across more than 100 locations in southwest Michigan and northern Indiana. Its four hospitals anchor a network that runs from primary care to advanced critical care.

The flagship, Bronson Methodist Hospital, is a Level I Trauma Center and a verified Comprehensive Stroke Center. Clinical services span neuroscience, cardiovascular care, gastrointestinal services, critical care, trauma care, stroke care, primary care and nursing.

The system has drawn external recognition for its clinical work and workplace. Bronson Methodist Hospital has held Magnet recognition for nursing since 2009, with designation through 2027. Healthgrades named it among the top 5% of US hospitals for overall clinical excellence in 2025 and gave it multiple Specialty Excellence Awards. Bronson has also appeared on Forbes' Best-in-State Employer list from 2022 to 2024 and been included in PINC AI's Top 15 Health Systems.
