Applied Intuition, founded in 2017 and headquartered in Mountain View, CA, is a vehicle intelligence company. It develops the Vehicle OS, a Self-Driving System, and a software toolchain for developing, validating, and deploying autonomous systems. The company's stated purpose is to accelerate the global adoption of safe, AI-driven machines and to help customers build intelligent vehicles and shorten their time to market.

Its technical work spans autonomous systems and self-driving, AI and machine learning for vehicles, vehicle operating systems, and simulation, validation and deployment toolchains. The toolchain covers the full autonomy software development process, from development through validation to deployment.

Applied Intuition serves six industry verticals: automotive, defense, trucking, construction, mining and agriculture. Its customers include 18 of the top 20 global automakers, and it is engaged in major programs across the Department of Defense. The company was valued at $15 billion following its Series F round.
