Air Apps designs and builds simple, powerful AI-powered mobile applications across productivity, wellness, creativity and education. Founded in 2018 by Filipe and Janina Ferreira and headquartered in Lisbon, with a presence in San Francisco, the company develops all of its apps in-house. Its portfolio of more than 38 AI-powered applications has recorded over 100 million downloads worldwide.

The company's flagship product, Air Apps One, is a single subscription that gives users access to the complete Air Apps suite. A further platform is in development: an AI-powered Personal & Entrepreneurial Resource Planner (PRP), described as the world's first of its kind, designed to integrate all of life's data into one platform. Technical work spans mobile development for iOS and Android, AI-powered applications, data integration and privacy-centric software design.

Air Apps is self-funded and bootstrapped, and describes its approach as one of disciplined growth. Its founding principles are simplicity, usefulness and accessibility, with an emphasis on privacy, user control and seamless digital experiences that fit into daily routines. The company is founder-led and family-founded.
