7018 Jiostar India Private Limited, operating as JioStar, is an Indian media and entertainment conglomerate formed by combining Reliance's Viacom18 and Disney Star. The merger was completed on November 14th 2024, at a valuation of $8.5 billion. The company is headquartered in Mumbai and employs thousands of professionals.

Its portfolio spans content creation, sports broadcasting, streaming technology, media technology and broadcast distribution. The flagship streaming platform, JioHotstar, offers premium content in 17 languages.
