TBGS is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Fulfillment & Packaging Assistant to join our growing team. This role involves carefully fulfilling customer orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring all packages reflect the clean and luxury presentation of our brand. The ideal candidate is highly organized, punctual, great attitude, and takes pride in delivering excellent service behind the scenes.
Duties
- Accurately fulfill and neatly package customer orders.
- Drop off all completed orders at the post office by end of shift.
- Monitor and record inventory levels and product data.
- Report order errors, delays, or inventory issues.
- Keep workspace clean, organized, and efficient.
Requirements
- Must be 18+ years old.
- Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license.
- Must be able to pass a drug screening (hard drugs only).
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must be able to work the following schedule {Monday-Friday 7am to 2pm}
- Strong organization and communication skills.
- Ability to stay focused and work independently for long periods.
- Basic to moderate computer skills
- Ability to multitask and work at a steady, reasonable pace.
- A positive and dependable attitude.
- Must maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness at all times to ensure a sanitary, odor-free packaging environment.
