Role Impact
As a Portfolio Delivery & Operations Specialist, you'll be a key driver of project execution and PMO operational efficiency. You'll support leadership by ensuring timely delivery of strategic initiatives, enhancing reporting accuracy, and maintaining operational excellence. This role bridges technical delivery with organizational planning, offering visibility and impact across the business and IT teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Track progress and delivery for high-visibility projects; escalate issues to leadership
• Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure adherence to timelines, scope, and budget
• Manage and update PMO frameworks, templates, and reporting tools
• Maintain dashboard reporting, KPIs, and resource utilization metrics using Power BI
• Coordinate quarterly/annual portfolio planning, steering committees, and compliance reviews
• Support stakeholder communications, onboarding, and training activities
Minimum Qualifications
• 5–7 years in project delivery, PMO, or portfolio operations roles
• Experience with Power BI, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Project Online
• Strong cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management skills
• PMP or similar certification preferred
