Title: Healthcare Project Manager
Type: Full-time – 95% travel
Location: Charlotte, NC
Comp: $90-$115k + bonus
Job Summary:
We’re seeking an experienced leader to oversee patient transport operations, travel to support new account start-ups, and drive efficiency across multiple healthcare facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the lead for all new accounts, including planning, logistics, budgeting, and implementation.
- Support the deployment & training of the patient transport program & related software systems.
- Analyze facility data to determine appropriate staffing levels and capital equipment needs.
- Conduct time studies and establish projections for transport metrics (dispatch, response, turnaround time).
- Identify service gaps & develop corrective action plans to improve quality and performance.
- Conduct operational audits, provide training, and support site leadership teams.
- Recommend process improvements such as bed tracking and centralized dispatch concepts.
- Deliver onboarding and management training for both new and existing teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field.
- 5–8 years of leadership experience in healthcare preferably within patient transport
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Windows-based software.
- Experience with contract administration and operational procedures.
