Overview:
We are seeking a sharp, trend-obsessed Social Media Manager with a proven track record in multi-brand content strategy, growth hacking, and meme-native execution. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, has agency or high-growth brand experience, and understands how to drive relevance across diverse audiences. Youβll own strategy and execution across multiple accounts. You will report to the Sr Director of Digital
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and execute full-funnel content strategies across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms for multiple brand accounts.
- Develop and maintain distinct content identities across portfolio brands, ensuring channel-voice alignment while leveraging platform-native trends.
- Lead daily trend mapping, cultural monitoring, and meme signal gathering to inform real-time content creation.
- Partner with content specialists to translate strategy into highly shareable, thumb-stopping creative.
- Identify and test unconventional growth strategies to scale follower counts, engagement, and link-out activity.
- Analyze content performance and adapt tactics weekly to maximize reach, engagement, and share of voice.
- Act as the internal expert on social algorithm changes, platform betas, and audience behaviors.
- Curate high-performing third-party content, creator collaborations, and UGC to complement original output and deepen audience engagement.
- Collaborate with performance, influencer, and brand specialists to support campaign integrations and seasonal storytelling.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years managing content strategy for high-growth consumer brands, preferably with agency experience.
- Deep understanding of TikTok, IG, YT, and meme-based communication.
- Experience scaling accounts and implementing viral growth strategies.
- Experience with post-schedulers, analytics reporting, and competitive analysis tools (Sprout, Hootsuite, Loomly, etc)
- Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to juggle multiple brand identities.
- Comfort reacting quickly to cultural moments.
