The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high level executives.

Responsibilities:

The primary responsibility is to support the CEO and CGO while also providing support to the executive team as directed.
Conduct all actions with strict adherence to confidentiality.
Ensure that response both internal and external are prompt and accurate.
Maintain and refine internal processes that support C-Suite level executives.
Manage communication between internal and external executives on various projects and tasks.
Plan and orchestrate work to ensure the senior executives’ priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld
Manage professional and personal scheduling, including agendas, mail, email, calls, travel arrangements, client management, and other company logistics.
Coordinate scheduling and extensive calendar management.
Work alongside C-Suite on various project-based tasks.
Coordinate, prep, and attend meetings- showing presence, attentiveness and follow up on action items as needed.
Manage, coordinate, and arrange travel and travel-related activities, including hotel booking, transportation, and meal coordination.
Support the marketing department with various projects.

Qualifications:

3 years’ experience in an administrative role.
Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once.
Computer savvy with working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel required.
Ability to use standard office equipment.
Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written & oral communication abilities with aptitude in problem-solving.
