💡 What You’ll Do:
- Lead project planning, scheduling & coordination
- Drive safety and quality control standards
- Forecast and manage budgets with accuracy
- Handle change orders & critical subcontractors
- Mentor and manage Project Engineers
- Resolve project challenges with creativity and collaboration
📌 What We’re Looking For:
- 4+ years of experience (construction background strongly preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required)
- Strong leadership and relationship-building skills
- A passion for innovation and delivering meaningful impact
