Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to consultants and leadership team
- Manage and organize digital files, documents, and correspondence
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other client-facing documents
- Maintain CRM and contact databases with up-to-date information
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and light bookkeeping tasks
- Handle internal communications and respond to basic client inquiries
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the team
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Familiarity with project management or CRM tools is a plus (e.g., Asana, Trello, HubSpot)
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
