Summary
The role of the Coordinator is to assist with day-to-day account management with a focus on supporting omnichannel analytics and reporting, product pipeline planning, visual merchandising and marketing requests. Assist in driving retail sales through sales analysis and reporting, exploring opportunities with events and ensuring marketing and retail deliverables are met.
As a Retail Marketing Coordinator specializing in retail operations, data, and reporting, you will play a critical role in bridging marketing strategies with in-store and online retail execution. You will manage, analyze and report on retail marketing data to provide actionable insights that drive sales and operational efficiency. You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Creative, Integrated Marketing and Demand Planning to support seamless campaign execution and optimize retail performance. This role reports to the Director of Channel Marketing.
Essential Reponsibilities
- Support Elemis’ key retailers including Sephora, Ulta, Nordstrom, Mecca, Macy's, QVC, and any new accounts in the below following capacity.
- Support the US Channel Marketing Team to deliver impactful local marketing campaigns for NPD launches and key seasonal moments
- Collaborate with sales channels to identify, plan and execute US-specific promotions, including GWPs, sampling programs, and exclusive sets.
- Manage campaign briefs and coordinate cross-functional execution with Creative teams to ensure timely delivery and seamless activation across omni-channel touchpoints.
- Lead development of trade marketing assets and deliverables, including Visual Merchandising, in-store events, retailer product pages and trade show activations.
- Track, analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and events to drive continuous improvement.
- Liaise with Global Marketing to manage new item set-up, ensuring timely delivery of assets and accurate retailer onboarding across all channels.
- Conduct competitive analyses to inform new product launches and promotional strategies.
- Support the development and execution of a cohesive promotional calendar to maintain consistency across all US channels and avoid conflicts.
- Coordinate administrative functions such as scheduling, maintaining marketing calendars and managing inventory of marketing materials.
- Collect, organize, and maintain retail marketing data from POS systems, CRM platforms, and sales reports; develop regular and ad-hoc reports on retail performance, campaign effectiveness, and customer insights.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align marketing initiatives with inventory availability and store readiness.
- Create and maintain dashboards and visual data presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Stay informed on industry trends, tools, and best practices in retail marketing analytics and operations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Characteristics
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Located in NYC Metro Area with ability to go into office up to 4 times week.
- 2+ years in marketing, account management, logistics or planning.
- Experience working in beauty industry is preferred.
- Strong analytical ability; attention to detail and organizational/time management skills.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skill required
- Positive attitude with a solutions-oriented approach to all tasks
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills required.
