UNR Studios is looking for a resourceful, creative partner, problem solver and innovator who confidently shepherds the creative process, the internal team and, on occasion, clients. You ensure our ideas are executed to their fullest potential. You will oversee the day-to-day resourcing, project management and time management for all assigned UNR projects.
This is a hybrid role, based in either our New York or Los Angeles office. Salary will be determined based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Management
- Develop and manage project timelines, plans, and resourcing from kickoff through delivery.
- Drive projects from start to finish, identifying and resolving operational issues in real time.
- Draft and maintain daily hot sheets for the team to manage priorities and responsibilities across accounts.
- Stay current on new technologies, tools, and production techniques to ensure efficient and effective execution.
Creative Operations & Workflow
- Lead creative resourcing, asset management, and workflow coordination.
- Maintain and update spreadsheets, trackers, and asset management systems per account needs.
- Track and traffic work in collaboration with producers and the extended production team.
- Lend creative ideation and production support when needed.
Production Support
- Support all phases of production: pre-production, production, and post.
- Assist in sourcing and resourcing artists, photographers, directors, and production partners using industry relationships and research.
Finance
- Assemble production estimates and manage costs, vendor payments, and timely billing (in partnership with Finance).
- Track project budgets, support vendor setup, and ensure timely payment processing.
