We are looking for an innovative and dedicated Recruiting Coordinator who is experienced in conducting campus recruiting and building pipelines of early talent. This is an hourly, assignment-based, flex position. Schedule would be Monday-Friday, 40 hours a week.
Location: Working onsite in one of the two client’s locations, downtown Chicago or Rosemont, IL.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the client with their early talent recruiting and work to fill open vacancies.
- Assist with periodic campus hiring events in the Greater Chicago area.
- Conduct screening interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process (i.e., interview reminders and logistics, post-hire/pre-start engagement).
- Track and monitor confidential candidate information.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure ATS and data tracking are up to date.
- Maintaining a high level of customer retention and satisfaction. Constantly assessing our candidate experience and identifying areas of improvement.
- Build a relationship with the Talent Acquisition team supporting the client and participate in regularly scheduled meetings regarding staffing activity.
- Perform additional responsibilities as required.
- Work on-site in either the downtown Chicago or Rosemont, IL office 3-4 times per week. Remaining days will be remote and work from home. There is some flexibility in the work schedule but meeting on site with the client 50% of the week is required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience conducting full cycle recruiting.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience conducting campus recruiting and assisting with campus hiring events.
- Ability to multi-task in a high-volume, fast paced environment.
- Detail oriented and highly organized.
- Self motivated and passionate about talent acquisition.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Accustomed to working with varying leadership levels through the Executive Level.
Salary Range:
The salary for this position is anticipated to range between $21.00 and $28.00 per hour.
Pay is based on qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training and other considerations permitted by law. We consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with applicable law.
