Hunter Shore Group is currently retained with a global organization to find a Director of Distribution Operations to lead a high-visibility, fast-evolving distribution facility in Fort Worth, Texas.

What You'll Do
- Lead all finished goods distribution activities with full site accountability.
- Own staffing, budgeting, performance metrics, and fleet/equipment oversight.
- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with customer service, supply chain, finance, trade compliance, and global operations.
What We’re Looking For
- 15+ years of warehouse/distribution leadership experience, including multi-site management.
- Strong background in operations, supply chain, and logistics.
- Experience scaling or restructuring facilities in fast-changing environments.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage KPIs, and solve complex challenges.
- Hands-on expertise with ERP/WMS systems; MES or TMS a plus.
