Job Summary
The Project Manager (“PM”) is a tactical and cross-functional role critical to ensuring the successful deployment of packaged power generation systems to customer sites. This role bridges the gap between engineering, commercial, supply chain, and field operations — ensuring technical, schedule, and commercial alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Perform job responsibilities while working collaboratively with a high sense of ownership, excellent technical comprehension, and outstanding communication to deliver projects on time, on budget, and with full team alignment to address critical paths and achieve objectives, while closely tracking and communicating progress in a detail-oriented manner.
Responsibilities
· Assess project needs collaborating with engineering, commercial and operations, defining scope requirements and interdependencies for customer or special projects.
· Develop, maintain, and own detailed project schedules with milestones, resource allocation, and interdependency tracking across engineering, procurement, and operations.
· Act as a proxy for engineering in meetings—clearly explaining decisions, impacts, and change requests while also providing feedback based on field or customer considerations
· Participate in engineering meetings and contribute to design alignment, change evaluation, and implementation planning.
· Identify required equipment, materials and project scope interdependencies to address critical paths and meet or exceed project deployment timelines.
· Organize and lead project update and alignment meetings, sharing status and any pertinent updates for both internal and external stakeholder awareness.
· Keep track of action items and/or tasks related to project schedule, following up with responsible parties, holding them accountable for deliverables.
· Support engineering and commercial management on project management tasks for internal development initiatives critical to business strategy.
· Own and develop project status updates and dashboard for leadership team.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Engineering, Technical, or Project Management disciplines
- 3+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in power generation, packaged equipment, or field services
- Working knowledge of generator systems, electrical packaging, or engineered equipment deployment is a strong plus
- Demonstrated ability to independently drive schedule creation based on engineering and operational understanding
- Comfortable representing technical teams in meetings and making informed decisions or recommendations
- Experience utilizing project management tools (i.e. Monday.com) preferred.
- Experience with MS Office productivity tools and Power Point.
- Possess extreme sense of ownership with achieving project goals.

Preferred Qualities
· Ability to read and interpret technical documentation (P&IDs, one-lines, layout drawings)
- Familiarity on or with electrical gear, balance of plant, generation assets, and their respective deployment on a site
- Understanding of customer delivery logistics and site commissioning processes
