What You'll Be Doing
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to identify opportunities and develop AI solutions
- Modeling complex business and engineering problems using machine learning and feature engineering techniques
- Deploying AI capabilities and tracking projects through to completion
- Implementing best technical practices from the fields of machine learning and software engineering
- Creating knowledge materials to disseminate best practices to other AI and data science teams
- Meeting with data science leaders to teach and discuss best practices

You possess a combination of skills, including:

- Programming knowledge and experience with machine learning and software engineering
- Excellent communication skills to understand business needs and communicate the value of AI models
- Business focus and creative thinking to quickly cycle hypotheses through the discovery phase of projects
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and drive projects through to completion
