Human Resources and Operations Coordinator:
- Manage the full-cycle talent acquisition process, including job postings, candidate outreach, interview scheduling, and offer negotiations.
- Administer day-to-day HR operations, including payroll processing, benefits enrollment, COBRA compliance, and ongoing employee and vendor management.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and a seamless employee experience.
- Coordinate and manage annual performance reviews, ensuring timely communication and proper documentation of evaluations.
- Maintain compliance with relevant labor laws, policies, and record-keeping requirements, proactively flagging any risks.
- Partner with benefit providers and vendors to reconcile invoices and resolve administrative concerns.
- Act as a culture ambassador by organizing company-wide engagement initiatives and supporting positive workplace dynamics.
- Oversee basic office operations, including supply and vendor management for the Dallas location.
- Ensure HR systems maintain accurate, up-to-date employee data and generate reports to support internal audits.
- Design and implement process improvements to optimize workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and ensure scalability.
Project Coordination Support:
- Drive organizational project timelines by ensuring goals are clearly defined, progress is tracked, and deliverables are completed within scope.
- Facilitate collaboration across teams by communicating updates, identifying barriers, and building alignment among stakeholders.
- Host project check-in meetings, document action items, and distribute executive summaries to ensure teams stay on track.
- Maintain organized project documentation and compile data points for C-Suite progress reporting.
- Continuously monitor project risks and recommend solutions or mitigation strategies when challenges arise.
General Contributions:
- Monitor progress toward department KPIs to ensure accountability and goal achievement.
- Stay updated on HR and operations best practices, tools, and technologies to continuously improve company policies.
- Represent the organization with professionalism, fostering a positive work environment built on respect, collaboration, and inclusivity.
- Uphold company confidentiality and ethical standards while supporting organizational goals.
- Undertake additional operational tasks as needed in collaboration with the C-Suite team.
