Project Manager – Plant Operations

The Opportunity:

Key responsibilities include:
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
- Drive for results, sense of urgency.
- Effectively manage project timelines and ensure customer requirements are planned for and met.
- Ability to analyze project/job costing with budget vs. actual analysis on initial production.
- Ability to assemble quote sheets and manage product documents (project summary, Gantt Chart, Project Charters, etc.).
- Ability to coordinate deadlines, work with internal stakeholders and utilize Project Management tools to execute tasks.
- Create long and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines.
- Delegate tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them.
- Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project.
- Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy.
- Communicate with the executives to keep the project aligned with their goals.
- Perform quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected.
- Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change.
- Flexibility and ability to assimilate new knowledge and standards quickly.
- Must work effectively with all levels of management and team members.
- Actively seek to utilize a “Collaborative Team Approach” in all situations.
- Ability to build interpersonal relationships within a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to diplomatically communicate needs and recommendations.

Project Manager Qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, process management, or operations preferred.
- 5 years of experience in process optimization, operations, or business management preferred.
- Strategic and analytical mindset.

- Dynamic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Leadership and mentoring skills.
- Confidence in your abilities to lead organizational change.
