We are looking for a dynamic Senior Vice President of Strategy & Growth to join a leading independent brand experience agency in Chicago, Illinois. This executive role requires a visionary leader who can drive strategic marketing initiatives, foster meaningful client partnerships, and oversee cross-functional collaboration to deliver impactful experiential campaigns. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic thinking, creative innovation, and leadership expertise to elevate the agency's offerings and strengthen its market position.
Responsibilities:
• Build and nurture senior-level relationships with clients across a portfolio of national brands.
• Develop and oversee integrated marketing strategies that include creative concepts and experiential campaign execution.
• Lead and mentor a team of experienced account leaders, fostering growth and collaboration.
• Identify opportunities for organic account growth and contribute to new business development efforts.
• Collaborate with creative, production, and executive teams to enhance the agency’s strategic capabilities.
• Drive the evolution of internal processes and services to align with the agency’s expansion goals.
• Strategically position the agency as a trusted partner, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term engagement.
• Direct the execution of B2C and B2B experiential campaigns, including brand activations and corporate events.
• Ensure alignment between creative vision and operational execution to achieve client objectives.
• Contribute to the agency’s thought leadership and innovation in the marketing and experiential space.
• A minimum of 12 years of experience in experiential, brand, or integrated marketing within an agency setting.
• Demonstrated expertise in client strategy, campaign development, and account growth.
• Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, including creative and production departments.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving innovation and strategic growth.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build and sustain client partnerships.
• Experience with B2B and B2C brand experiences, including retail, lifestyle, or corporate campaigns.
• Proficiency in marketing communications, including email campaigns, social media, and copywriting.
• Track record of evolving agency offerings and processes to meet industry demands.
