Job Title: Director of Project Management
Location: Chicago, IL
Salary: $190,000 to $220,000
Overview:
Fortiva have partnering with a global owner's representative form to hire them an experienced Director of Project Management to lead the delivery of a high-profile, multi-billion dollar project in Chicago. The project is forecasted to last up to 10 years and will involve building out a high performing team.
The project will have elements of build out, out of the ground and working with existing infrastructure and have elements of hospitality, parking structures and MEP related buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure successful delivery on time and within budget.
- Oversee all phases of project lifecycle, from planning to completion.
- Manage senior client relationships and stakeholder engagement.
- Mitigate risks, manage performance, and ensure quality standards are met.
Requirements:
- Proven leadership on complex, high-value infrastructure or development projects.
- Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
