Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and own the S&OP process, ensuring alignment between supply, demand, and financial planning objectives.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive supply chain planning strategy to support operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee demand forecasting and planning, collaborating closely with sales and product teams to ensure accurate projections.
- Direct supply planning and capacity modeling efforts to support manufacturing efficiency and production schedules.
- Manage inventory strategies to balance working capital optimization with service level goals across a broad product portfolio.
- Utilize analytics and supply chain systems to enhance visibility, forecast accuracy, and decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on process optimization, technology upgrades, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Mentor and develop a team of supply chain planners, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Support executive leadership in long-term planning and supply chain network design.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain planning, operations, or logistics, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership experience in managing S&OP and inventory planning processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with ERP and advanced planning systems
