Partner Support Coordinator

We’re looking for a Partner Support Coordinator to join our team and support the recruitment function of our telecommunications client, a well-known leader in the industry. In this role, you’ll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process, while delivering outstanding service across every interaction.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Act as the first point of contact for candidates and internal teams, providing timely and professional support throughout the recruitment process
- Coordinate interview scheduling, logistics, and communications between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers
- Create and deliver accurate offer letters and employment documents in compliance with company policies and local regulations
- Respond to candidate inquiries and requests, escalating issues when needed and following up to ensure resolution
- Use case management systems to track, assign, and manage incoming support requests
- Maintain data integrity and process compliance within the applicant tracking system and other tools
- Support the service center’s phone line for recruitment-related queries, as needed
What You Bring
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment support, HR operations, or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality
- Comfortable working independently with moderate supervision
- Experience with applicant tracking systems or case management tools is a plus
- A positive, solutions-focused mindset and passion for providing great service
