$15-17/hr

We’re looking for a Partner Support Coordinator to join our team and support the recruitment function of our telecommunications client, a well-known leader in the industry. In this role, you’ll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process, while delivering outstanding service across every interaction.

What You’ll Be Doing

Act as the first point of contact for candidates and internal teams, providing timely and professional support throughout the recruitment process
Coordinate interview scheduling, logistics, and communications between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers
Create and deliver accurate offer letters and employment documents in compliance with company policies and local regulations
Respond to candidate inquiries and requests, escalating issues when needed and following up to ensure resolution
Use case management systems to track, assign, and manage incoming support requests
Maintain data integrity and process compliance within the applicant tracking system and other tools
Support the service center’s phone line for recruitment-related queries, as needed

What You Bring

1–3 years of experience in recruitment support, HR operations, or customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality
Comfortable working independently with moderate supervision
Experience with applicant tracking systems or case management tools is a plus
A positive, solutions-focused mindset and passion for providing great service
