Role Description
We’re seeking a Freelance Brand Marketing Coordinator to support day-to-day execution across multiple client projects. This is a full-time freelance role (approx. 40 hours/week) ideal for someone with 1–3 years of experience in brand marketing, communications, PR, events or influencer work — ideally within a creative or founder-led environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support execution of integrated marketing campaigns
- Manage influencer outreach, gifting, and tracking
- Develop content for email (Klaviyo) and social media including creative development, copywriting and manage posting / deployment
- Coordinate event logistics (venue research, RSVP management, vendor outreach)
- Assist in brand/partner research and outreach
- Build and maintain media/influencer lists
- Collaborate on creative briefs, client decks, and internal timelines
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in brand, PR, influencer, or creative roles -- agency or in house experience
- Excellent written communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working across multiple projects with fast-moving timelines
- Strong cultural fluency and awareness of creative industry trends
- Familiarity with tools like Klaviyo, Google Workspace, and social channels (IG, TikTok, Pinterest, etc)
- NYC-based is a plus, but remote candidates welcome
Comp
- $4k-$5k / month commensurate with experience, 1099 structure
