THE ROLE
The Social Media Coordinator supports the execution of brand and performance marketing initiatives on social media. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow their career in digital marketing within a luxury fashion environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist in the ideation, scheduling, and execution of social media marketing campaigns
- Coordinate updates to digital assets, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand guidelines
- Support performance reporting by compiling campaign data and surfacing key insights
- Partner with the creative team to ensure timely delivery and trafficking of assets
- Maintain asset libraries and ensure all files are properly archived and accessible
- QA campaign links and digital content to ensure accuracy and proper tracking
- Monitor competitor activity and digital trends to support campaign optimization
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in digital or social media marketing, ideally in luxury, fashion, or retail
- Strong organizational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager) is a plus
- Understanding of luxury brand standards and digital best practices
WHAT WE OFFER YOU
- Competitive compensation. Salary Range is $60,000 - $65,000 + target bonus. Please note that compensation will be offered based on relevant skills and experience
