Role Description
This is an on-site contract role for a UI/UX Designer with 4+ yrs of experience located in Houston, TX. The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for designing user interfaces and user experiences for our products. Daily tasks include creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, conducting user research and usability testing, collaborating with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, and continually iterating on designs based on feedback.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and user research methodologies
- Ability to conduct usability testing and analyze feedback to iterate on designs
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including product managers and developers
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field preferred
- 4+ yrs of experience
