Job Description
This role will be based in San Francisco, New York or Chicago.

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
LinkedIn’s Sales Solutions (LSS) team is dedicated to changing the world of sales through the use of Sales Navigator, our flagship product that connects and builds mutually beneficial relationships between buyers and sellers.
The LSS Implementation Consultant (IC2) plays a critical role in helping customers realize value from LinkedIn Sales Navigator during their most impactful phases — onboarding and pilots. As an IC2, you bring a growing depth of expertise, take ownership of customer deliverables, and work with increasing independence while contributing to team-wide success.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead and support onboarding and pilots through strong relationship-building, program planning, and execution to ensure customer success with LinkedIn Sales Navigator in adoption, usage, and engagement.
- Drive adoption and ROI by aligning customer goals with measurable outcomes and identifying business gaps to unlock value.
- Deliver consultations and best practice guidance to help customers achieve success criteria and scale impact within onboarding and/or pilot period.
- Develop and maintain customer Success Plans to guide rollout and ensure a smooth transition post-implementation.
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams and customer stakeholders to optimize Sales Navigator impact and deliver strategic value.
- Understand and effectively communicate value using data and insights to support customer objectives and influence decision-making.
- Proactively identify onboarding risks and pilot renewal concerns, and create mitigation plans to drive retention and long-term success.
- Accurately track and document customer activities in systems such as Smartsheet and CRM platforms.
- Exhibit and reinforce LinkedIn’s culture and values while contributing to an inclusive and collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Consulting, Customer Success, Project Management, Sales, or Implementation within a SaaS or B2B environment or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage multiple customer engagements and deliver outcomes independently
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build trust with senior stakeholders
- Passion for delivering customer impact and continuous learning
- Experience with SaaS implementation and onboarding processes
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment with competing priorities
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Smartsheet, Excel, PowerPoint, and SSO/CRM integrations
- Strong commercial and business acumen

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The pay range for this role is
$80,000-$115,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
