A leading creative studio is looking for a highly organized and resourceful Project Coordinator to support its growing team. Key Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day project logistics, including scheduling, documentation, and communication across teams and clients
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure alignment with goals
Generate reports and insights on project performance and financial health
Partner with project leads to build and maintain schedules using project management tools
Manage studio-wide calendars, travel planning, and expense tracking
Maintain organized systems for contracts, proposals, and internal documentation
Prepare and submit service request documentation using standardized templates
Serve as a communication hub between leadership, project teams, and multiple office locations
Support the rollout of operational improvements and business initiatives
Handle sensitive business information with discretion and professionalism
Assist in tracking studio metrics and identifying opportunities for process optimization
Contribute to team development efforts, including training coordination and knowledge sharing
Foster a collaborative, efficient, and well-organized studio culture

Skills and Experience

5–8+ years of experience in an administrative or coordination role, ideally within a creative, design, or real estate environment
Strong command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project)
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus
Experience with project and financial management platforms; Deltek Ajera experience is a bonus
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Highly detail-oriented with strong time management and multitasking abilities
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage shifting priorities.
