Job Description
This role will be based in New York City.

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
The Brand Strategy team sits within LinkedIn’s Marketing Solutions organization, and partners with the world’s top advertisers and agencies to deliver an array of offerings across content, strategy, and creative solutions and integrations. The team serves as a center of brand campaign expertise across the LinkedIn platform, in support of LinkedIn’s ad sales team, and in service of LinkedIn’s brand advertisers.
The Creative/Designer is a key member of the Brand Strategy team – a visual storyteller with exceptional graphic design skills. The Creative/Designer’s role is to work hand-in-glove with the team’s Brand Strategists to visually bring ideas to life for high-profile advertiser presentations and pitches across various mediums, from slide narratives and decks to motion graphics, and more. This may include customized presentation templates, product and user-experience mock-ups, and more sophisticated custom design work.
The Creative/Designer will also provide design expertise and support across proactive projects and initiatives, such as working with product and marketing teams to brainstorm and visualize new, potential advertiser offerings and experiences.

Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Brand Strategy team across a range of design and creative needs – from building pitch materials, bringing to life ad products visually, mapping out the stages of an idea using LinkedIn UX, driving new innovation concepts – to creating visually compelling presentation narratives and best-in-class case studies
- Participating in internal brainstorming sessions to concept branded solutions that showcase elegant uses of the LinkedIn platform to meet advertiser objectives
- Designing cohesive sets of slides, templates, and visuals for presentations; support Strategists in shipping beautifully designed presentations with taste
- Brainstorming and helping to concept new offerings for LinkedIn advertisers
- Prioritizing multiple projects, adjusting to inevitable changes in timelines, deadlines, and project goals
- Building relationships with LinkedIn’s sales team and other functions
- Working well both independently and in a cross-functional team environment
- Connecting with other design focused roles across the company to share learnings and resources
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in graphic design, brand design, or related creative roles within marketing, advertising, media, digital platforms or publishing environments.
- 8+ years of experience with creative and presentation design tools including Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint, and Keynote.
- 8+ years of experience crafting brand-aligned creative and presentation design solutions that drive storytelling and deliver measurable business impact.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with motion and video tools such as After Effects, Adobe Premiere, and Maxon Cinema 4D
- Experience working in a marketing or advertising agency, media company, brand, or publisher with a digital/mobile/social focus, or related experience
- A digital portfolio that demonstrates experience in both visual and UX design.
- Formal video production and animation training, with hands-on experience in creating high-quality motion graphics, video content, and animations for marketing or brand initiatives.

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $121,000 to $188,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
