We are seeking a part-time HR Business Partner to support our growing team with a focus on payroll, benefits, and employee relations. This role is 20 hours per week, with one day in-office weekly at our NYC location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process semi-monthly payroll using Justworks
- Administer and manage 401(k) plans through Voya
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practices
- Serve as a point of contact for employee relations and workplace inquiries
- Support general HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and documentation
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of HR experience, preferably in a startup or small business environment
- Hands-on experience with Justworks and Voya preferred
- Strong understanding of employment laws and compliance
