The Supply Solutions and SaaS Operations team is looking for an experienced Project Manager to support the execution of ezCater’s partner-focused and internal strategic goals. In this position, you’ll manage projects that improve internal processes, optimize partner experience, and drive efficiency for our teams company-wide. You’ll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and with ample communication throughout the entire organization. Responsibilities include managing all aspects of project implementation, maintaining detailed project materials, collaborating with multiple teams (product, engineering, sales, operations, technical support, customer service, marketing, analytics), prioritizing and managing complex projects, and communicating effectively across diverse audiences. Requirements include 3 years of project management and/or coordination experience, proficiency with project management software (Monday.com, Jira), Excel skills including v-lookups and pivot tables, strong relationship-building skills, autonomy, attention to detail, agility, and creative problem-solving abilities. The role offers a national cash compensation range of $76,000 - $102,000 per year, with final offers depending on experience and region.
