What You’ll Do & Who You Are
Our financial services client is seeking a Senior UX/UI Design to help shape the overall user experience of digital products and services in their organization. In this role, you’ll play a hands-on role in crafting both the user experience strategy and visual design execution, collaborating closely with product managers, developers, researchers, and other designers. You’ll be hands-on in defining design solutions that balance user needs with business objectives and technical feasibility.
Contract Duration: 1 year to start, possible extension up to two years
Workspace type: Hybrid, Massachusetts
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end design activities including user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and interaction specifications.
- Create interactive prototypes to communicate and test design concepts, animations, and transitions.
- Collaborate with UX researchers to plan and conduct usability testing, iterate on designs based on feedback, and validate concepts with users.
- Ensure consistency in design patterns, visual language, and user experience across multiple platforms and products.
- Present and communicate design concepts, rationale, and deliverables to cross-functional teams and leadership.
Experience and Qualifications:
- 8 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, working through the full design lifecycle within product or digital teams, preferably worked in financial sector.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, visual hierarchy, and responsive design best practices.
- Experience collaborating with product, business, and development teams in an agile environment.
