Administrative Assistant

Must Haves:

Bachelors Degree (extensive experience may substitute for degree)
2+ years administrative experience (calendar management, scheduling meetings, data management, travel)

Preferred:

Experience supporting multiple at Director level
Healthcare industry experience

Job Description: An esteemed healthcare facility is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the operations of the PO (Professional Office) team. This position is non-patient facing and plays a key role in ensuring efficient and effective administrative support for internal teams within our healthcare facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate potential travel arrangements.
Reserve meeting spaces and take detailed minutes during meetings.
Support the planning and logistics of internal conferences and special events.
Enter data accurately into computer systems, databases, and spreadsheets.
Assist in the production and formatting of documents and reports.
Participate in special projects as assigned, offering administrative support and coordination.
Provide general office support, including filing, organizing materials, and responding to internal administrative requests
