I’m hiring for a fast-growing AI startup in the healthcare space that’s building the world’s largest connected network of patients, providers, and first-party data. They’ve raised over $50M from top-tier investors and are applying AI to transform how new therapies are brought to market.

They’re looking for a Data Scientist to join the team in NYC. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role where you'll drive critical initiatives across analytics, product, operations, and strategy. You’ll work directly with leadership and Fortune 100 clients, prototype models that power AI features, and help define how data is used across the business.

What you’ll do

Lead high-impact projects from end to end, from analysis to execution
Build models for operational forecasting, workflow automation, and outcome prediction
Define and maintain core business metrics and data sources
Create data products and present insights to enterprise partners
Shape product and go-to-market strategy with data
Partner directly with the CEO and leadership team on key decisions

What they’re looking for

2–8 years of experience as a data scientist or technical generalist in a tech company or consulting firm (e.g., BCG, Bain)
Strong SQL and Python skills
Experience working cross-functionally and independently driving projects
Comfort operating in ambiguous environments with high autonomy
A bias for action and an interest in building in-person with a high-caliber team
