Company Overview:
A leading global investment firm with approximately $180 billion in assets under management, operates across multiple asset classes including private equity, credit, and real estate. They are seeking an Operations Associate to join their team and provide support across various investment platforms.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide support to teams including the trading desk, investor relations, finance, and fund management
- Ensure the trading desk has up-to-date investment holdings data for asset transactions
- Monitor and process portfolio activities such as corporate bond activity, CLO events, and security transactions
- Collaborate with team members to support firm operations
- Build and manage relationships with internal teams and external partners
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of fixed income experience preferred
- Exposure to asset classes such as bonds, ABS, MBS, CLO paper, and preferred equity
- Experience with portfolio accounting systems like Advent Geneva preferred
- Proficiency in Bloomberg and Excel
- 3.3 GPA or higher
Compensation:
Salary: $70,000 – $78,000, Plus Bonus
