Title: Senior Program Manager
Location: Midwestern U.S. Region

Description:
• The Senior Program Manager will lead and guide large-scale client implementations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and with the highest standards of quality.
• This key role involves coordinating multiple workstreams, managing stakeholder communication, and driving strategic project decisions.
• The Program Manager acts as the central point of contact, fostering collaboration across internal teams and client representatives.
• Responsibilities include overseeing resource use, managing budgets, handling project risks, ensuring documentation is accurate and complete, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
Required Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in program/project management for customer-facing, enterprise-level implementations in a professional services environment
• Proven success in managing budgets exceeding $2M and multiple parallel project workstreams
• Strong background in executive-level stakeholder engagement and communication
• Deep understanding of methodologies, frameworks, and tools associated with program and project management
• Project Management certification (such as PMP or PgMP)
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Analytical thinking, problem resolution, and decision-making expertise
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with productivity and project tracking tools such as general office suites and collaborative project platforms
Desired Skills:
• Experience with collaborative planning and tracking tools is a plus
• Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset for identifying and mitigating risks
• Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building capabilities
Compensation:
Pay Range: $122500K-$175000K
