Title: Senior Project Manager
Location: Midwest Region (Remote)
Employment Type: Full-Time/Perm
Compensation:
Pay Range: $125000K-$135000K
Description:
• Lead and manage customer onboarding and implementation processes efficiently.
• Ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery of software solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout project phases.
• Gather and communicate project requirements from stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, manage schedules, and meet milestones.
• Provide clear communication to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Represent the company at industry events as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver software solutions on time and within budget.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams utilizing internal and external resources.
• Develop and maintain Trusted Advisor relationships with clients.
• Communicate project requirements and scope with stakeholders.
• Ensure deliverables are completed and customer expectations are met.
• Monitor client transactions and provide recommendations for satisfaction.
• Report weekly on project status and engage management as needed.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years of experience as a Project Manager implementing SaaS solutions.
• Experience with long-term implementation projects including data conversions.
• Experience in SaaS delivery in relevant industries preferred.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Competence in application software implementation and testing practices.
