Title: Oracle Program Manager

Description:
• Manage the overall strategy and optimization of the ERP platform for financial and HR operations.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and service providers to ensure platform efficiency.
• Oversee IT projects and ensure alignment with departmental goals.
• Facilitate training and workshops to enhance system adoption.
• Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
• Support the management of modules related to HR and financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage ERP platform alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee integration of new features with third-party developers.
• Serve as the primary contact for outsourced administration teams.
• Lead ERP-related projects including upgrades and migrations.
• Collaborate with internal departments to translate requirements into plans.
• Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
• Oversee third-party integrations to ensure seamless data flow.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Proven experience managing ERP platforms.
• Strong understanding of financial and HR systems.
• Experience in vendor management.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
