Title: Sr. Project Manager

Pay Range:$58.80-$84.00/Hrs
Description:
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with management and stakeholders.
• Develop project plans and timelines using appropriate tools.
• Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders clearly.
• Negotiate for the acquisition of required personnel.
• Delegate tasks and manage project expectations with team members and stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts.
• Manage project dependencies and critical path.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop project plans and timelines using appropriate tools.
• Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
• Negotiate for the acquisition of required personnel.
• Delegate tasks and manage expectations with team members and stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
• Track progress on project milestones, deliverables, timeline, and budget.
Qualifications:
• 7 years of experience in project management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or Agile Certified Professional (ACP) certification desired.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and defuse tension among project team.
