Kforce has a client in Chicago, IL that is seeking a Contract Lifecycle Management Project Manager responsible for the day-to-day management of the project. We need experienced and dynamic candidates that will ensure the successful delivery of the project, driving alignment between business objectives, technical execution, and stakeholder expectations. Their leadership will ensure the timely and effective delivery of the project.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the Contract Lifecycle Management project
- Accountable for end-to-end delivery of assigned projects to agreed schedule, scope, and budget
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Legal and Contact Managers and external vendors, to define project requirements and deliverables
- Ensure proper integration and compatibility across all impacted systems
- Implement mitigation plans as needed
- Work closely with all stakeholders and project team to track and monitor project health and escalate issues through established project governance
- Assist with managing the vendor; ensuring implemental on partner is delivering in accordance with statement of work, project plan, project charter and adhering to project schedule
- Prepare and maintain detailed and accurate project reports including progress and health updates, RAID items, budget
- Facilitate regular project status meetings, providing clear updates to stakeholders and leadership
- Chair project steering committee and governance meetings to ensure key stakeholders are aligned with the direction and progress of the project
Requirements:

- Very comfortable collaborating cross-functional stakeholders/teams, as well as liaising with
individual contributors, members of C-suite and vendors
- Ability to prioritize and work to stringent project timescales
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability for the program success

- Strong background with Contract Lifecycle Management implementations
- Clear understanding of key data components of both supplier-side and client-side contracts (Contract Terminology)

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
