We are currently seeking a
Data Entry Customer Representative to join our team in New York. This position plays a key role in supporting our customer service operations by ensuring accurate data processing and providing excellent service to our clients. Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate customer and account data in internal systems
- Handle customer inquiries and ensure timely responses via email and internal communication tools
- Review data for errors or discrepancies and make necessary corrections
- Generate reports and assist with data-related projects
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and ensure a smooth workflow

Qualifications
