My client is a growing hedge fund with an office in LA!
Responsibilities
- Calendar management for executives
- Create detailed travel itineraries for air, ground, and lodging
- Manage all day to day needs of the office, ordering supplies, vendor management, etc.
- Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
- Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives
Qualifications
- 4+ years as an EA with understanding of office managerial work
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Based on experience the compensation range is $85-125k.
