About the Role:
We are looking for an organized, curious, and people-focused full-time HR Coordinator & Internal Communications Specialist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to support key HR functions, lead internal communications initiatives, and help bring our culture and engagement programs to life.
In this role, you will collaborate across different areas of the business locally and globally - making it a great fit for someone who wants variety and the opportunity to grow. The best part? You must have valid US work authorization and must physically reside around the posted city, within a 50-mile commute. We are unable to support relocation costs.

What you will do:
- Provide day-to-day HR support, including benefits assistance, employee questions, and HR data entry/maintenance.
- Coordinate internal communications (newsletters, Viva Engage, local intranet etc.) and support programs that build culture and engagement.
- Partner with our Group Learning team to support the rollout and logistics of U.S.-based training programs.
- Build culture and engagement by supporting ad hoc programs, team events, and special projects.
Key Qualifications/Attributes:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or a business-related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in HR, communications, or a related field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Some experience in presenting ideas in front of an audience.
- Experience with internal communications tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Sway, PowerPoint, Viva Engage).
- A proactive, collaborative mindset and attention to detail.
- Interest in people, culture, and making work better for everyone.
