HR Recruitment Administrative Assistant Support - Denver, CO (Remote)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient HR Recruitment Administrative Assistant to provide crucial clerical and technical support within our dynamic Human Resources service center. In this high-volume environment, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, ensuring smooth and effective HR operations. Your responsibilities will span from initial candidate interaction to supporting the onboarding process and managing ongoing HR transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including meticulous scheduling of meetings and coordination of travel arrangements.
- Efficiently schedule candidate interviews, ensuring seamless communication with all parties involved.
- Collaborate closely with HR Coordinators and Recruiters to facilitate the onboarding process for new employees.
- Manage high-volume reception duties, including professional phone coverage and efficient handling of mail and deliveries.
- Accurately accept, process, screen, and administer various tests to job applicants.
- Process a variety of HR transactions, including new hires, benefits enrollment, payroll updates, employee transfers, and applicant referrals, with precision and adherence to procedures.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in administrative roles, with a specific focus on scheduling and coordinating travel logistics.
- Skills:Proficient typing skills with a speed of 40-50 words per minute.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite applications, particularly Word and Excel (Spreadsheets).
- Demonstrated ability to thrive and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced work environment.
- Excellent team player with a collaborative and positive attitude.
- Proven ability to learn new processes and systems quickly and effectively.

Location: This is a remote position requiring candidates to reside within a commutable distance (local) to our Denver office, located at 10350 E. Dakota Ave., Denver, CO 80247.
Contract Duration: This role begins as a 3-6 month contract with the potential for extension up to 2 years and/or the opportunity to apply for permanent full-time employee positions while on contract.
Compensation: $25 - $27 per hour, depending on experience.
