Job Description:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst to join our team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, advanced proficiency in Excel, and expert-level experience with PowerPoint. This role involves analyzing supplier quote information and building presentations for stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze supplier quote information to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for cost savings.
- Develop and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets to support data analysis and reporting.
- Create compelling and informative PowerPoint presentations for various stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data and insights.
- Provide timely and accurate analysis to support decision-making processes.
Experience:
- Proven experience as an analyst, preferably within a large corporation.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including the ability to create complex formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
- Expert-level experience with PowerPoint, including the ability to create visually appealing and informative presentations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in the beauty or retail industry.
- Experience supporting a sourcing team and analyzing RFP responses from suppliers.
- Familiarity with supplier management and procurement processes.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $42.57 to $47.30 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
